MULTI-FUNCTION VACUUM OIL DEHYDRATOR (MODEL ZJM)
APPLICATIONS
1. The model ZJM is ideal extending turbine oil life and low
viscosity lubricating oil with large water content by quickly
removing free and dissolved water, emulsified liquid, impurities,
and other harmful matters which are widely used in the fields as
electricity, petroleum, chemical, and metallurgy industries.
2. The unit is designed for long time working online with
lubricating system.
3. The unit can purify and filter the used turbine oil and low
viscosity lubricating oil under high precision and high purity
conditions.
4. The unit could increase the used oil quality and recover the
used oil performance to ensure the hydraulic system, power system,
lubricating system in normal work conditions.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
1. The unit integrates the vacuum oil dehydrator and coalescence
and separation principle into one body, which is ideal for
efficiently removing free water from used oils. The water content
can achieve lower than 100PPm in the purified oils.
2. High precision filtration elements with large dust absorbing
capacity, long service life and high dehydrating efficiency.
3. Work online with unattended operation and the indicator display
the running status.
4. Compact structure design, low noise, easy operation, lower power
consumption, long time free maintenance, and running cost saving.

1. The unit can adopt PLC intelligent control device with touch
screen operation and dynamic display as customer’s requirements.
2. The unit can be optional equipped oil quality testing equipment
according to customer’s needs.
3. The unit can be designed as mobile, fixed and trailer models.
4. The unit can be designed as totally enclosed type, canopy type
and open wide type.
5. The unit can be arbitrary choice of equipment color according to
the customer’s needs.
